Hi, my name is Liting Chen, a mortgage adviser and actuary with over 17 years of experience in the financial industry.

Having lost my mum in 2016 after her 18-year battle with motor neurone disease (MND), I know this isn’t something we simply “move on” from. It’s something we learn to live with. With time, compassion, and community, we can rebuild confidence and life again.

3. Support for Single-Income Families

Whether you are managing the home on your own or starting over, we will help you plan in a way that is realistic and sustainable, so you can breathe easier month to month. We can also explain options that may allow you to buy with less than a 20% deposit.

There’s no cost and no obligation for Feel the Magic families and volunteers.

This is part of our commitment to support through times of change.

In addition, for every successful refinance or settlement, eligible Feel the Magic families will receive an annual Client Royalty Reward between $100 to $500.
